Create Procedures

What is a Procedure?

The Procedure is a representation of different protocols in LabNote. You can add Procedures to record your experiment steps straightforwardly at a glance. 

Add Procedure

1. Click + Add procedure button in Bench.
2. Add other protocols to the generated Procedure and press Enter to save.

Add additional Procedure below

1. Click Option button of the generated Procedure.
2. Click Add new procedure below to add an additional Procedure right below the current one. 

Rename Procedure

1. Click Option button of the Procedure to be renamed.
2. Click Rename to change the name of the Procedure.

Copy Procedure

1. Click Option button of the Procedure to be copied. 
2. Click Duplicate button to generate copied Procedure at the end of the block list. 

Delete Procedure

1. Click Option button of the Procedure to be deleted. 
2. When a confirmation message window pops up, click Delete button to delete the Procedure forever. 

Reorder Procedures

1. Click and hold the Procedure to reorder.
2. Drag the Procedure and drop it at the position to reorder.
