Share Projects & LabNotes

You can conveniently share your Projects and LabNotes in LabSpace and check who is shared with. Note that Projects and LabNotes may have different accessibilities.

Share from Projects

Share Projects with LabSpace Members

1. Click Share button in Project's option. 
2. Share the Project with the names or email addresses of members. 

Share Projects through Unique Link

1. Click Share button in Project's option. 
2. Click Copy link button to copy the unique link of the Project. 
3. Share the Project with members using the unique link.

Share from LabNotes

You can share your LabNotes with members of the Project. If any member is not shared with Project, you cannot share your LabNotes. Please invite the member to your Project and share the LabNote. 

Share LabNotes with Project Members

1. Click Share button on the top menu or click Share button on the top-right corner of the LabNote.
2. Search members of the Project using their names or email addresses and share the LabNote. 

Share LabNotes through Unique Link

1. Click File button and click Get Link button to get the unique link to your LabNote.
2. Share the LabNote with members using the unique link.
