Verify LabNote via Electronic Signature (E-Sign)
In LabNote, you can write an electronic research note (LabNote) with legal force using the Electronic Signature (E-Sign). You may verify LabNotes through Self E-Sign or requesting E-Sign to the Approver.
- Use LabNotes as your research evidence by saving them as PDF files.
- (only for Korean users) Verify your LabNotes through KaKao cert. E-Sign.
- AATL-based verification is in development.
Verify LabNotes through Self E-Sign
- Click the E-Sign menu at LabNote's top menu.
- Click
Start signing your labnote
button. - Click
I'm the only signer
if you don't need any approver and proceed KaKao cert. E-Sign. - Once E-Signed, your LabNote is not mutable.
- Get verified via KaKao cert. and click
Next
button (only for Korean users). - E-Signed LabNotes can be your research evidence (for government & other projects).
Verify LabNotes through E-Sign Requests to the Approver
- Click the E-Sign menu at LabNote's top menu.
- Click
Start signing your labnote
button. - Click
Add signers including me
if you need other approvals. - Enter the approvers.
- Once E-Signed, your LabNote is not mutable.
- Get verified via KaKao cert. and click
Next
button (only for Korean users). - E-Signed LabNotes can be your research evidence (for government & other projects).

- Click the E-Sign menu at LabNote's top menu.
- Click
Start signing your labnote
button and clickNext
button. - Get verified via KaKao cert., then your E-Sign is completed.
Note) To use KaKao cert. E-Sign, your profile must be verified via KaKao cert. If you haven't verified your account, please visit the Profile Settings in the LabSpace and get verification via KaKao cert. first.
